Dimensions (Xarios) provides the ability to monitor calls and create reports based on those calls

Advanced reporting provides access to all call and user status information that has been logged from the VVP (Voyager Voice Platform) phone system. There are pre-configured reports available, however you can also create your own reports. This includes any information required, including complete calls, individual call segments and summarized data about call volumes and service levels.

1. Log into the webpage here: callreports.voyager.nz and choose the account you are wanting to access

2. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with multiple options. To access the call reports, Click Reports.


3. Here you will be presented with a list of default reports created by Dimensions. The most common report is 'Call List (Non-Segmented)'. 


4. Click View on this report to have a look at it.


This report provides all inbound and outbound calling data.
At any time, this report can be Edited, Duplicated or Deleted.

 

To create a new report:

1. Navigate to Reports and click Create Report

2. Choose the type of report you would like to create

3. You can name your report and choose a date range, then click Save and Run


 

Checking Report Data

Once a report has been created, clicking on it in the main windows will allow the user to see the data that has been captured, as well as interrogating calls to play back media, check call information

From call view, the user can see all of the call details, as well as play back the recording in the browser.
