Log into the Command Center

To update the user details, click on "User Details" on the left-hand side.

This will show a list of current users.

From here you can update the First and Last name, Username (this needs to be email address) and an alternate email address.

Once you have updated the details, click Apply Changes.

To assign an existing user a new softphone or desktop softphone.

Click on Softphones on the left-hand side.

From here you will see a list of Users with the available softphone options. 

To enable a new softphone, just select the tick box next to their user with the corresponding softphone.

Once ticked, you can click "Email Instructions". This will send the user an email with the instructions of how to set up and log into their new softphone.

Then click Apply Changes once complete.

Advanced Reporting provides a view into your calling, team performance, and customers’ experience – such as what how long your customers wait to talk to your team, at various times of day.

On your account there will be a limit of how many users can be assigned reporting licenses. Your available licenses will be shown to you on the Reporting page

To assign a reporting license to a user, click on "Reporting" on the left-hand side.

You will then see a list of users and there will be a drop-down menu next to their user in which you can assign a reporting license.

Once the license has been selected, you can click "Email Instructions". This will send the user an email with the instructions of how to access the reporting.

Click Apply Changes.

In the history section, you can view changes and updates that have been made to the users.

What you will see here is:

Created: When the change was made.

Role/Username: Who made the change.

What: what change was made

From/To: What the previous set up was to the new change that was made.
