Downloading the app:

Open the app store on your phone and search for "Voyager Connect Mobile" and tap Install

Once you have installed the app. Click on the icon on your phone

 
Logging in:
 
  1. If you haven't already logged in, when you open the app, you will be taken to the login page where you will input your email address and password.


     
  2. Then select the account you would like to log into and click continue.


     
  3. The region will show as Australia, Click Log In.

Are you unable to log in?

Check that the email address is correct.

If you are unsure what your password is, please tap the "I've forgotten my password" link on the login page. This will send a password reset to your email address.

 

Is your softphone not ringing?

1. Please check the app notification settings on your phone to ensure you have allowed the notifications.

  • You can find this under Settings -> Notifications -> Tap the Connect app below Notification Style, then turn on Allow Notifications.

 

2. Check that the status on your Connect Softphone is set to "Available".
