Updating your status

The status feature lets you and your contacts see your current availability, for example whether you are available or away in a meeting.

To update your status

Press your icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Tap the down arrow to see more options for your status.

You can then choose the status you want to display.

Adding a personalised status message

You can also include a personalised status message to give more detail about your current situation. For example, if you are working from home today, you can let your colleagues know by updating your status accordingly.

From the Contacts section of the app, you will be able to view your own status and other people’s statuses.

Making a call

To make a call, you can either dial a number using the on-screen dial pad, or copy and paste the number into the grey bar at the top, then press the call icon to start the call.

Once the call is initiated, the call screen will look like this:

1 - Call duration

4 - Mute

5 - Speakerphone

6 - More settings

If you tap More Settings, you will see the following options:

4 - Start new call

5 - Call list

How to transfer a call

During the call, tap the three dots at the bottom of the page to access the call options.

Tap Transfer Call.

Enter the number you want to transfer the call to, then tap the Transfer call button.

To cancel the transfer and return to your current call, tap Return to call.

After the second call is initiated, tap More settings.

Press Attended Transfer to complete the transfer.

Your call will now be transferred.

Transfer a call from the Call Lists feature (optional)

The Call List section will also show current calls in progress.

On your call, tap the three dots to access More Settings, then tap Call Lists.

Please note this will not automatically put your call on hold, so you will need to do that by pressing the Pause button first.

If your current call is already on hold when you enter Call Lists, you will be given the option to resume the call instead.

Tap Transfer Call, enter the number you want to call, and press the call button.

To cancel the transfer and go back, tap Return to call.

Once the second call is initiated, tap More settings again, then press Attended Transfer.

The call will then be transferred.

To access settings, tap the hamburger icon in the top left-hand corner of the app, then tap Settings.

From here you can access different information and settings including audio settings, call settings, network settings, and advanced settings.

To check notification and permission settings for the app
