Having trouble?
Are you unable to log in?
Check that the email address and password you are using to log in is correct.
If you are unsure what your password is, please tap the "I've forgotten my password" link on the login page. This will send a password reset to your email address.
Callers can't hear you?
Make sure the Voyager Connect application has been permitted access to your microphone:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then see all apps (if needed).
- Select Voyager Connect from the list.
- Tap Permissions.
- Look for Microphone and toggle on the option.
