Requirements: This application only works on Windows 10 & 11 64 bit only.

1. Once you have received the activation email, you will need to click the link "Activate Account".
- The activation link will take you to the Xarios account Activation page.
2. From here you will be using the email address that matches your user on the Voice .
This will be the email address that you received the activation email to.
3. Then you can create a password of your choosing.
4. Once completed, you will receive another email to install the app:

5. Click "Get the app" and this will download the app to your computer.
Before you log into your Connect app, there are a few settings you will need to adjust:
Click on the settings cog in the bottom left-hand corner of your app
Click on the General tab and then click on Region.
Make sure to set the Region to 'Australia'. This will set Connect to connect to the AU/NZ servers for lower latency calling.
Once you select the new region, you will be prompted to sign in.
6. Now you can log in using your email address and password you have just created.
7. Upon first sign-in, Connect will ask you what mode you would like to use the softphone in.
By default, you will always select SOFTPHONE.
When do I select 'Deskphone' Mode?
If the VVP User has both a physical desk phone and the Connect softphone assigned to them then they may select 'Deskphone' if they wish.
What this will do is allow the customer to handle incoming calls either via desk phone or softphone.
For example, a customer will be able to use the dial pad on the physical phone but engage in conversation on the Softphone instead.
