  1. In the Control Panel's menu on the left, click on Users

  1. From the table, click on the name of the user to access the User Features

  1. Click Do Not Disturb

  1. Toggle the top button to Enabled, this will send all calls to the user straight to voicemail.

  1. Once you are done, click Save Changes
