Control Panel: Add a Ring Group

Ring Groups enable call distribution to specific users, and you can assign an Extension number to the groups you create.
 

1. In the Control Panel's menu on the left, click on Groups

2. Click on Add Group

3. Give the Ring Group a name, and assign it an Extension number

4. Drag and drop from Available Users to Selected Users and click Create Group

5. To customise your Group’s call distribution, select the Members box

6. Distribute the call amongst your group's users by dragging the green bars along the timeline from beginning to end - time is represented in seconds.

7. Once you are done, click Save Changes
