- In the Control Panel's menu on the left, click on Users
- From the table, click on the name of the user to access the User Features
- Click Caller-Voicemail Box
- Toggle the top button to Enabled
- If you want the user to to receive a recording of the Voicemail message to their email address, toggle the below button to Enabled
(optionally, you can select to ‘delete messages from database after sending the notification)
- Once you are done, click Save Changes
