Customers can stop, start and restart any server from within the manager. This is a handy feature, so the customer doesn't have to have access to the server to reboot if the server has failed to load or the customer unable to get in to restart. It's important to know that if a customer stops their VPS, that they will also stop being charged. When the start the server, they will start to be charged from that point onwards.
To stop follow these simple steps:
1. Once you are logged into the VPS manager. Click on the project where your server is.
2. Once in the project, you can see the servers listed in this project. To the far right of the server's name you will see a circle with a square box inside. This is the icon to stop the server.
3. Once you click on the stop icon, you will be asked to confirm to stop the server, click on “Yes, stop!” The status will confirm that the server has stopped.
To start the same server again, you will have to click on the start icon.
