You can request a password reset for your cloud server access portal. You have two options to access the cloud server portal; one is through your voyager hosting account or directly via the cloud server portal. This is NOT a password reset to the voyager hosting account.  

 

From the cloud server login page, there is a “Forgot password” link at the bottom. Click on that link.

 

Enter the email address for the account. And then click on the “Send me a recovery link”. This will send an email to the account with a link in the email you must click on. This link does expire in 24 hours. Please check your junk or spam folder as sometimes the email may have been delivered to one of those folders.


Once you have clicked on the link, you will be asked to enter the new password. Click on “Update Password”
